Not even when I've biked hard for an hour. (Running is really out of the question for me. I can only do it if I hang onto my breasts to keep them from hurting from the bounce, regardless of bra!)

but when you reach the runner's high, you forget all about the pain and the sweat :)
I've never experienced anything that, ever. I don't think all of us are wired that way.
On the other hand, when I'm writing, I'm always happy.
